feeling lucky

I'm already missing Hong Kong and some of the best experiences of my life.

I have a day and a half left in Hong Kong and I am holding onto these final hours with all my might. I came to Hong Kong on a whim with no goal, no plans, and no friends. I'm coming out of it rich in great connections, new partnerships, and genuine friends. I've had not only the opportunity to work with some of the greatest brands, companies, and people I've interacted with in my professional life, but also the honor of meeting longtime internet friends in real life and clicking with them straight away. We're like a little family now and it pains me to think of leaving them so soon.

I don't speak the language, I don't have cell phone service, and I didn't know many people. So many things could have and should have gone wrong constantly during this trip--I swear I have a scare every other hour--but literally everything has been working out miraculously in our favor. Every single time. We're trying our luck again--we bought last-minute tickets to Bangkok with no plans in mind. Ah, to be young! Stay tuned for more adventures. xx
