Self-dubbed "snowho" (like boho), this easygoing look is equally at home amongst palm trees and sand as it is in the freezing NY winter. I wanted to stray away from the extravagance of NYFW outfits because while many fashion week-goers are from out of town, I'm in Brooklyn and have things to do all day. I don't have the luxury of popping into my local hotel room and changing or thawing out. I needed something wearable for the whole day. I've found that wearing a million layers (cami, thermal, and turtleneck on top; thigh high socks, leggings, jeans, and thigh high boots on bottom) and throwing a breezy maxi dress and multi-coat combination over the whole shebang makes you look so good (not to mention warm) without looking like you tried.
The Look:
Somedays Lovin shearling coat.
Winston White maxi dress.
Madeline Ashton turtleneck.
Tobi cardigan.
Steve Madden boots.
Wildfox sunglasses.
Culture Riot backpack.
BOUNDla necklace.

The title is definitely true, love it <3

I completely agree with this post. I like that you went with the maxi dress instead of the tights/skirt winter combination. My favorite pieces are the bag and sunglasses.
ReplyDeleteLoveee the jacket!! And that you wore a maxi dress, very unexpected and refreshing during this time of the year!
